Like many chefs, Eric Craw began his culinary career as a teenager, washing dishes at his family owned restaurant. Over the past fifteen years he has honed his considerable culinary skills under various master chefs, including three years with his mentor, Chef Matthew Blau, the original owner of Max's.
As of August, Chef Eric Craw has brought his astute palate and extraordinary talent to Adagio Trattoria where he is receiving rave reviews for his dedication to producing consistently delicious food. Chef Eric Craw's menu pays homage to Italian roots while gracefully reinventing traditional trattoria classics and creating a remarkable dining experience.
